1000 Posts

My last post hit 1,000. I think I have had this blog for five years now...time flies.

I realized this morning that if Jay and I are going off to Jamaica, we need to change our will. We decided to have someone in California raise Spencer if we died unexpectedly. I guess I'll bring that up now so I don't freak Jay out as we get closer to flying.

I am going to refinance the rental and roll all the expense of the purchase on to it. It makes sense, and still has positive cash flow- and it's appreciated that much. It was a great buy.

Life is still moving at top speed, but of course it will all slow down in six weeks. We have two weekend getaways before then- one to Pine Mountain and one to Napa. I can't wait. I love being away with Spence and Jay so much. Being home together is good too- I just wish we had more of it! Time is a bitch.
